Normal view
To depict a situation from several angles, there are different camera angles available to the cameraman. Most will be filmed at eye level, i.e. from the perspective of a normal standing or sitting person. In order to give the impression of strength, size and awe, a subject can be shot from below the eye view. Shooting from a higher position, the bird's eye view, for example provides a sweeping overview, as well as a superior POV, since the viewer looks down onto the actor through the camera from above.
