Glossary: Suspense / Dramatic Tension

A threat to a character in a film is a very acute soure of dramatic tension; in particular is the tension created when one's life or the lives of other people are in mortal danger, and of course the game of realizing that there is a threat and how try to escape or avoid death is the Plot.
